Thanks for the opportunity to work with you on our project. I know that it was “just a garage” but it was our garage. You always showed up on time, you cleaned up the job area every night, you were right on budget.
Since we were friends before this project, we were a little hesitant to go with you. We already knew you were “honest as Abe” but you always hear the horror stories of friends working for you on something. Glad to report we are still friends-would gladly hire you again. If only we could win the lotto, we’d let you build us a new house! Keep up the good work. An honest builder with your integrity is hard to find.

Just a quick note to thank you both for our beautiful new home. Your ability to transform our water damaged cottage, by addition and restoration was amazing. You have given us a “Show Place” on the shore of Higgins Lake. Your keen sense and 3 dimensional thinking averted major problems our architect had drawn into our plans. Your solution blended in and added to the beauty of our great room, thank you. Best of all we have 2 new good friends.
